To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of everyone involved, we have established the following guidelines regarding guest conduct within our facility.
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Guests found to be behaving inappropriately, or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, illicit drugs, prescription drugs, or any controlled substance, are subject to immediate removal from our premises without a refund. The determination of inappropriate behavior is at the sole discretion of The Haunt in Atascadero.
Examples of Inappropriate Conduct:
Inappropriate conduct may include, but is not limited to:
Disruptive engagement with other guests or staff, including verbal altercations.
Belligerent behavior, such as foul language, intimidation, or any form of aggression.
Unauthorized physical contact with actors, staff, props, decorations, or any part of the set.
Taunting, challenging, or confronting actors in a manner that disrupts the experience.
Unsafe behavior, including running, pushing, or impaired mobility.
Unauthorized recording, including taking videos or photographs inside the attractions.
Enforcement and Compliance:
Our policy is in place to protect the entertainment environment that The Haunt in Atascadero is committed to providing. Guests who do not comply not only detract from the experience of others but also pose unacceptable risks to themselves, other guests, and our staff and property.
